Our founder, Ben Betzold, brings over 16 years of hands-on experience to the table. A proud Arizona State University graduate, Ben has led or contributed to the design of dozens of successful projects—from roadways and utilities to industrial parks and multi-family communities. His career path reflects steady growth and deep expertise: starting as an intern, then engineer-in-training, project engineer, senior engineer, team leader, and now principal engineer.
Ben’s diverse background includes 9 years in civil engineering, 5 years in structural engineering, and 2 ½ years in materials testing and inspection.
That blend of fieldwork, design, and leadership means we don’t just understand the technical side – we understand what it takes to deliver real-world results.
